Our company, Palmer Residential, is looking for a Residential Remodeling Production Manager who is willing to learn our way of customer service. Someone who is a project manager with a leadership background to lead and motivate people to be their best selves. The goal of an on-time and on budget project along with a happy customer, is always our priority. We have a 90-day onboarding program to help set up you up for success.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Profitably and efficiently manage and supervise our residential remodel projects
  • Ensure production team has clean job sites, clean and organized tools, and that jobsite protection is consistently at company standards.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and owners
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings
  • Product selection ordering
  • Subcontractor scheduling
  • Ongoing training/continued education with employees
  • Participation in team meetings

 

Skills Requirements and Personal Requirements:

  • The desired candidate will possess a combo of experience in production management, a high level of customer service, and a background in residential remodeling.
  • Complete 90-day onboarding program
  • Must be highly organized
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Extensive experience reviewing and using product specifications, building codes, and industry best practice standards
  • Have a proficient level of reading, writing, and computer skills to communicate well with team members and customers
  • Keen sense and ability to work from a set of plans and a well written contract (our scope of work)
  • Manage various stages of projects from beginning planning process to close out
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience developing schedules
  • Be the management support for the production teams
  • You must have a reliable truck
  • Must consistently be punctual and show up on time daily
  • Must possess a high school diploma or a GED
